Welcome to our secure online portal for Cooperative members that is provided by SEDC, Southeastern Data Cooperative, our new billing and member information system software provider. Having upgraded our core software system, members will need to sign up for the new account portal.

 

Once enrolled, you will be able to:

View your current and previous bills

View your payment history

View your daily/monthly energy usage and
           compare it to fluctuations in the weather

Calculate your upcoming residential bill

            based upon your present meter reading

Enter a service request or report an outage

Update your contact information

Sign up for paperless billing

 

Sign up using your CVEC account number found on your bill and remember to keep your username and password handy.

Once enrolled you will have access to your CVEC account information including the itemized charges on your current and previous bill. If you have any questions, please contact one of our Member Services Representatives during regular business hours 800-367-2832, Option 0. You can also email them at ms@mycvec.com.
