MyCVEC Mobile App
This mobile app gives CVEC members anytime/anywhere account and outage information.
With it installed and activated on an Apple or Android phone, a member can:
access to information
on their account(s)
make payments (via
check service status and
receive notices and
If an outage occurs, the app will proactively
push a message to the member to let him or
her know that we are aware of the outage.
Then, the member can watch the progress
of service restoration on an enhanced map
of the distribution system, where red line segments indicated an outage area and
green line segments show full electric service.
Once you download the app, you will need
to enter a valid account number
(no hyphens), select your notification
settings, and add account alias or
nick name. (Use a name such as "HOME.")
