All CVEC offices are closed to the public. However, appointments can be made by request. Member Services Representatives can be reached by phone at (800) 367-2832, Option 0, or by emailing Member Services Monday through Friday from 7:30am until 5:30pm.
Cash, check, and credit or debit card payments can be made anytime through the payment kiosks located at each CVEC office location. You can always use a credit/debit card account online, via the MyCVEC mobile app, or by phone 24 hours, 7 days a week.
