CVEC will hold its Annual Meeting on September 16, where members will vote for Directors to represent them for the next three years. Up for re-election are: Jace Goodling-West District, George Goin-East District, Kinckle Robinson-South District. View more information about Director Elections.

In addition to the Director election, members will have the opportunity to ratify or appeal changes to the Bylaws that were voted on by the Board during their July meeting. The amendments modernize the Cooperative’s governing documents to better reflect current business practices, technology, and member needs. The updates streamline membership procedures, expand options for virtual participation and electronic voting at member meetings, strengthen Board governance and election processes, improve financial and capital credit administration, and update officer provisions. The amendments also add emergency governance procedures, modernize notice and communication requirements, remove outdated administrative practices, and revise terminology throughout the bylaws for greater clarity and gender neutrality.
