CVEC held its 89th Annual Meeting on September 16, providing members with updates on the Cooperative’s operations, financial performance, and ongoing efforts to deliver safe, reliable, and affordable electric service.
During the meeting, members re-elected three directors to serve new three-year terms on the CVEC Board:
- George Goin, East District
- Jace Goodling, West District
- Kinckle Robinson, South District
Members also voted to ratify updates to the CVEC Bylaws.
As a member-owned cooperative, CVEC is proud to serve its member-owners and appreciates the engagement and participation that help guide the Cooperative's future. Member involvement through activities such as the Annual Meeting and Director elections is an important part of the cooperative business model and ensures that local voices continue to be represented.
