The payment processor address for CVEC payments has changed! Beginning June 10, CVEC payments will now go to a processing center in Charlotte, NC. You will notice the new payment remittance address printed on your June bill payment stub.
The transition to a new return address will have minimal impact on CVEC members, but we ask that you review the information below as you may need to take steps to ensure that your payment is not delayed.
If you pay by phone, the MyCVEC portal, automatic bank draft, or by mail using the provided envelope and payment stub, no action is needed.
Note: If you pay your bill using 1 of the methods below, you will need to take steps to ensure that your payment arrives at the new payment processing facility.
Pay through your bank’s bill pay service: If you used your bank app or online account to set up a payment and the bank mails the payment for you, you must update the payment address through your banking institution. Doing so will ensure that your payment goes to the new processing center without additional delays. The new address is:
