William “B.J.” Berglund has served as Interim Director for CVEC since May 2025. He is a resident of Fluvanna County, where he lives with his wife, Katie, and their five children. He serves as the Chief Financial Officer of Outdoors Insight, Inc., an outdoor products company. Holding a B.A. in Accounting, Mr. Berglund brings more than 16 years of experience in entrepreneurship and financial management.
In addition to his professional work, he attends The Point Church in Charlottesville and enjoys hiking, exploring the outdoors, and spending time with his family. As a CVEC board member, he is especially focused on supporting grid modernization that improves reliability, efficiency, and long-term cost-effectiveness for members.
